Email support@sudokushowdown.app and we will get back to you. Telling us your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round trip.
Purchases are confirmed by Apple and then unlocked by the app. If a purchase was charged but nothing arrived, close the app completely and reopen it — a confirmation that arrived late is applied on the next launch. If it still has not appeared, email us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
Sudoku Showdown stores your progress on your iPhone only. We hold no copy, so deleting the app permanently erases your zones, coins and unspent tokens, and we cannot restore them. We are sorry — that is a real limitation of how the game currently saves, not a policy.
One-time purchases such as the energy cap upgrades and the Starter Bundle are tied to your Apple Account rather than your save file and can be restored.
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sudoku Showdown. Cancelling there stops future renewals. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, because Apple takes the payment. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the reason was something broken in the app, please email us too, so it gets fixed.
